Valuing our Staff

Although it possesses the legal and organizational features of a corporation, Advent Anglican exists as a parish—a part of the “one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic church.” Our operations as a business must always seek to serve that foremost identity. 

Accordingly, we see our staff members as brothers and sisters in Christ, valuing them for who they are, not merely how they perform. We desire to maintain a work culture in which staff members find their personal place in the parish undiminished by their professional role. Our intent is that the parish should remain their spiritual home, not merely become their office.
