Join us for an Engaging Homelessness Seminar in partnership with Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. All parishioners are highly encouraged to attend. We'll learn about the reality of homelessness here in Seattle and explore strategies for outreach and mission. We'll also hear stories from the Charis Challenge. 

This seminar will be held on January 19th and 26th from 9:00-10:30am in the Celebration Hall. Childcare is provided. Please register via the link provided at the Welcome Booth and in the newsletter.  If you have further questions, contact Dcn. Jeremiah at jeremiah@advent.church.

Anglicanism 101 is a forum that introduces key hallmarks of the Anglican Tradition. We'll begin with a seminar hosted by Deacon Rob that explores the Book of Common Prayer. Join us at 9:30am in the Celebration Hall.

Analog://Haven is Advent's ministry for individuals 18-25. We encourage people to live the questions, explore the tradition, furnish the imagination with beauty, and find solace in the resurrection hope of Jesus.

Tonight, join us for games, snacks, Evening Prayer, and a meditation on "acedia" in the Christian life.

Over the four Sundays of Advent, we invite you to pause from the busyness, to find light in the midst of darkness, and to lean into the beautiful mystery of waiting on the coming of Jesus.  In these special gatherings, we’ll explore the themes of hope, peace, joy, and love, letting Scripture and shared reflection guide us. Let this season be a time of preparation and renewal as we anticipate Christ’s arrival together.  We will meet downstairs in the Youth Room at 9:30 a.m.  If you have further questions, please contact Robin Lemke.

Join us for an evening of caroling to our neighbors in the apartments behind the church! We will meet in The Gathering Place where caroling booklets and jingle bells will be provided, then walk over for an hour of singing together. Afterward we'll warm up again with hot cocoa and cookies at the church! All ages are welcome to join for this festive event.

Please Note: This service is a temporary substitute for our usual Compline service on Zoom. We'll resume our service online in January.
